Nigel Murphy - Director:
Nigel Murphy spent the majority of his career to date with IBM. During his time in IBM’s service division, he held positions both in customer, and service delivery management. Nigel believes that the key to a successful customer experience is based upon strong communication, excellent organisation structure and focus on customer needs. Nigel believes that the high demands of service in the IT industry can be adopted in the residential property management sector. Nigel holds an Honours degree in Management from the Irish Management Institute (IMI).

Fergus Cahill - Director:
Fergus Cahill has extensive experience in the field of customer service delivery & facilities management. Fergus was responsible for the facilities management of one of the countrys largest industrial sites. His roles have involved managing multiple external service suppliers to the highest levels demanded by a World Class Manufacturing facility. More recently Fergus has held the position of customer services manager for a leading Irish engineering company. Fergus believes that excellent management & organisational skills are the backbone of any good service provider. Fergus also holds an Honours degree in Management from the Irish Management Institute (IMI)
